Meet the Founder

Emmanuel Murphy

Hello, I'm Emmanuel. I grew up in North Carolina, and a journey to Israel in my mid-20s radically changed the trajectory of my life. Through that trip my understanding of Jesus was forever changed and I met the love of my life; Nava, who was born and raised in Jerusalem. Nava and I have had several prophetic dreams and visions about Jerusalem, and the Lord has prepared us for that “battlefield” our entire marriage.

Our journey has taken us around the world, each destination serving a strategic purpose in our life mission. In Hawaii, we cleansed our marriage of earthly desires; in Texas, we nurtured our faith and passion for intercession; in Israel, we expanded our family and began to consecrate ourselves; in Nashville, we aimed to be a beacon for Israel in America during the war; and in Wilmington, the Lord has called Nava and I into new areas of influence and authority. Nava uses her social media to advocate for women on topics like pregnancy and marriage; and I continue to steward my career in tech, developing things on the side to advance the Kingdom.

In the last three years we have both had incredible opportunities of sharing in front of churches about our love for the Land, and were frequently asked “Whats your ministry?” Naturally we just responded “Jesus..”. but never felt to start a ministry. The Lord was aligning our mission, and calling and honestly outside of loving Jesus and Israel, well we didn’t have a ministry.

Which just so happens brought us to the New Year 2025 and the Lord breathing “Emmanuel Ministries”, a non-profit inspired by Isaiah 62, emphasizing two key verses:

"For Zion’s sake I will not hold My peace, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness."

"Go through, Go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; Build up, Build up the highway! Take out the stones, Lift up a banner for the peoples!"

I vividly recall a water fast in Israel in 2022, where I asked God to “give me Moses mantle for Israel and the Jewish people”. On October 12, 2024, I believe I gained that authority, first by carrying an Israeli flag on a prayer walk across America (Learn more about the walk here) and then when I stood before a crowd of 350,000 people and passionately declared, "Let my people go!”

(referring to the captives of Oct 7, 2023 who are now being released in waves!! Yes God!)

Emmanuel Ministry aims for our apps and other missions to embody the essence of the name "Emmanuel"—God with us. Creating spaces where His presence is greater than ours..
